Lawn mower is a farm machinery that controls weeds by removing the top portion at a certain height and as a result prevents flowering and seed formation .It is a machine operated process mainly applied on roadsides,lawns,yards and play grounds.The cutting height can be adjusted to a certain levelas desired.
Mowing is effective in those weeds having considerable height.
Effective for lawns and non crop fields.
Mower is not suitable for any type of crop.
It is not effective for weeds producing flowers and seeds at near ground level..
